By using Social Scheduler ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Social Scheduler is a personal desktop application that allows you to schedule and publish video content to TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. The App connects to these platforms via their official APIs using OAuth authorization.
To use the App, you must authorize access to your social media accounts through each platform's official OAuth flow. You are responsible for:
You retain full ownership of all content you upload and publish through the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform policies. We do not review, moderate, or endorse any content published through the App.

The App depends on third-party platform APIs (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Publishing may fail due to platform API changes, rate limits, or outages beyond our control.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App, including but not limited to failed posts, account suspensions by platforms, or loss of data.
You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
