Social Scheduler ("the App") is a personal video scheduling tool operated by Cravter ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle data when you use the App.
When you connect your social media accounts, we collect and store:
All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database, R2 storage, KV store). OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. Video files are automatically deleted after all associated posts have been published for 48 hours.
The App connects to the following platforms via their official APIs:
We only access your accounts with the permissions you explicitly grant during the OAuth authorization process.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. Your data is only sent to the social media platforms you have connected for the purpose of publishing content and collecting analytics.
You can disconnect any account at any time from the Accounts page. Disconnecting removes the stored OAuth tokens. You can request complete data deletion by contacting us at 4@cravter.com.
